Raw Progress!

I bought The Complete Idiots Guide to Eating Raw yesterday and I read the whole thing today!

Rachel's mom came over and saw the book. She picked it up and looked through it! I told her that the raw food diet is the next thing I'm getting into and surprisingly she didn't react too bad! I was shocked! She's been one of the main people I've been worried about telling and it actually didn't go too bad. She just tried to be funny. LOL, I'm so glad that went well!

I'm going to start 09 out with a cleanse. I'll post a video on You Tube. I'm so excited for 09 to get here so I can start my raw transition. Everyone in my life knows that I want to be high raw by 2010. I'll probably have to remind them when I do go raw, but hopefully it will be okay.

I'm going to really start posting here again starting on 1-1-9.
