Sunday 10-12-8
I ate vegan cake and ice cream yesterday and ended up gaining a pound. I'm at 180 even right now. I'm 2 days behind, so here's yesterday and Friday:
Yesterday 10-11-8 (I was bad)
Breakfast
Cereal w/ soy milk - 370 cals
Lunch
I had 2 double fake meat veggie burgers and I used the raw bread I made. I should have only used one burger, not two, on each piece of bread. I'll post pics of the bread at the end of this post. I'm not sure how many cals the bread was, but I'm going to estimate it was all about 500 cals.
Mid-day
My grandma had Rachel and me over for cake and ice cream to celebrate our birthdays. I brought my own cake (not sure how many calories, I'll say 200) and they had some fake ice cream for me (guessing 200 cals maybe)
I ran around all day yesterday... so I didn't get to eat again until around midnight. I had two bean burritos (a whole can of beans) - I'm gonna say around 400 cals
I also had a whole thing of tofutti fake ice cream - 600 cals
I had to estimate a lot yesterday, but I'm gonna say I ate around 2300 cals. That's a little more than I like, I would rather stay closer to the 1200.
I didn't burn any...
So, it's a total of 2300 cals for yesterday. This is waaaaaaaay to much.

Breakfast
tofu scrambler - 240 cals
Lunch
Amy's vegan organic enchilada - 330
I forgot to bring a snack to I took some psillium hust to help keep me feeling full - about 50 cals
Dinner
1/2 and Amy's pizza - 400 cals
1/2 cup fake ice cream - 200 cals
So, I ate about 1,000 cals
I burnerd 0
That makes a total of 1.000 cals for the day.
