Dinner
1 cup beans: 290 cals

I burned 200 cals on the elliptical

Snack (after exercise)
Amy's tofu scramble pocket sandwich

I ate about 1400 cals
I burned 200 cals
That makes a total of 1200 cals for the day.

I had a great day today! I had a productive day at work.

The wheat berries (that I soaked last night) are starting to sprout!
