7 days of raw!

I'm trying to eat raw for 7 days starting today (7-1-9)!

Start weight 202.8

Day 1 went well!

Green smoothie (fruit based) for breakfast.
Took fresh carrot juice to work.
Snacked on a couple bananas.
raw bar.
Green smoothie (fat based) for lunch.
Snacked on celery and an apple.
Raw spaghetti for dinner.
Used the elliptical for 20 minutes.

I look forward to tomorrow!

Day 2

Fruit for breakfast.
green drink (4 heads of romain lettuce, 1 bunch of kale, 4 fuji apples, 2 organic lemons and ginger).
raw bar.
green smoothie (fat based) and flax crackers w/ cashew butter for lunch.
snacked on celery.
green smoothie (fruit based) and veggie rolls for dinner.

This is great! I've already lost 3 1/2 lbs!

My 7 days of raw went okay. I lost 7 lbs, so about 1lb a day! I need to find quicker meal ideas. Also, I know when I go raw that I'm going to have to deal with emotional issues from not eating cooked food (at first). I'll have to detox those feelings and hopefully not want cooked food.
