Update 6-23-9
I can't believe I'm back up to 200 lbs! It's my own fault. I've been letting myself go, BIG TIME, since I know I'm going to go raw next year. Well, today I've decided to turn that around! Instead of being on the opposite side of raw and "enjoying things while I can" and then going raw all the sudden in 2010, I need to get close to raw NOW!
So, my goals for July are:
ABSOLUTELY NO BREAD! Not even Ezekiel bread. Zero, nothing nadda (except for raw bread I make).
No more Arizona drinks! I've been drinking those like crazy.
No more chips (except for raw chips)!
I'm going to exercise EVERY night. I just did an hour (500 calories) on the elliptical and I feel great!
I'm also going to start having 1 raw day a week (probably Monday). And then with each month I'll add another raw day to the week.
I've been fasting once a week for about a year. I've decided to stop. My body tells me when to fast (as opposed to making myself fast once a week).
