Fat Matt vs Skinny Matt

I just had a great idea!

I ate a Tofutti pizza a couple hours ago. I just wanted another one, but something stopped me. I said, "No, that's fat Matt talking". And then it hit me! I have two personalities: Fat Matt and skinny Matt.

Fat Matt is the guy that wants that 2nd Tofutti pizza.
Skinny Matt is the guy who says no.

Whenever fat Matt wants something that won't help him lose weight, Skinny Matt will say no!

Fat Mat cannot win!

My 3 week cleanse

I'm glad to be done with the cleanse! Now I can start transitioning to raw and get down to 160 lbs!

Update 2-1-9

My Weight Loss Plan for February 09 (with transitioning to raw)

2-1-9: Current weight 179.2!

January was my cleansing time. I did a 3 week cleanse, which evolved fasting for 16 days (Master Cleanse) and I tried to eat light during the last week. I basically undid what I did over the holidays. I’m 13.2 lbs lighter than I was 1 month ago!

ONLY 20 MORE POUNDS TO GO! I CAN DO IT!

As of 2-1-9: I'm going to start using my diet journal and aim for 1600 calories a day. If I feel that I need to eat more, I will allow 1800 that day. Eventually, when I go raw, I won't have to count calories. I'm also going to start blogging more.

As of 2-1-9: I will get some form of exercise EVERY DAY. I'm going to try to get up around 6 every morning before work and do light exercise, I'll at least stretch. I'm going to start using the elliptical every night, I’ll aim for AT LEAST 200 calories.

As of 2-1-9: No more soy milk or fake ice cream (from the store). For now on, my preferred milk will be raw homemade almond milk. I will no longer buy fake ice cream such as Tofutti, Soy Delicious etc. My preferred ice cream will be raw homemade frozen banana ice cream.

As of 2-1-9: Absolutely no more than 4 pieces of bread a day! I've already vowed to only eat sprouted bread (Ezekiel), so that's good. Now I'm vowing to not eat more than 4 pieces a day. (Example: 2 pieces of toast w/ fake butter in the morning and maybe a sandwich in the afternoon OR evening). I have to take the bread thing slow, because that's one of the main things that fills me up. I will eventually phase it out by 1-1-10 and replace Ezekiel with homemade raw bread. I'll also quit eating the white bread from Subway (I'll just get a salad).

As of 2-1-9: I’m officially saying NO MORE FAST FOOD (expect maybe a salad from Subway)! The main place I was having trouble with is Taco Bell since it’s so easy to veganise things. I went like 8 months without Taco Bell in 07 and I felt awesome. I don’t know why I started eating it again. So, no more fast food with special focus on Taco Bell.

I'm also going to try to only eat when I'm genuinely hungry (not for something to do).

Those are good goals for February! I'll make new goals in March.
