My Raw Food Diet - Day 2

I went to Natural Rejuvenation this morning.

I got a colonic.

It's really important to cleanse / clean out your body when you go raw.  It's sort of like an out with old in with the new type of thing.

After the colonic, I talked to Dr. Fox for a couple hours.

I LEARNED A LESSON TODAY!  Always make sure what you're eating is raw!  Dr. Fox offered me a couple peices of bars that she thought was raw.  I went ahead and tried them and then it occured to me to look at the packaging / ingredients!  They weren't raw!  And one of them had honey in it (I don't use honey / bee products).  I was bummed for a while that I ate something that wasn't raw on my 2nd day of the raw food diet.  It doesn't count though, because I didn't know.  It was my own fault for not checking first.  So, I'm just trying to look at that like a lesson learned and move on.

I started some onion bread when I got home and that cheered me up.  I'm going to post a video on it tonight.

I've just been snackin' today.

That's about it for now!  I got a colonic.  I learned a lesson.  I'm making some onion bread.

I do support Raw food diet. This has been recommended by a friend who has physically changed dramatically for the better because of this. Good luck and I wish you well.

Bee Pollen is recommended on a raw food diet. Bee Pollen is available at health food stores in granule form and is eaten often in the raw food diet.
